On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen (Tassimo coffee maker), perfect for preparing delicious meals with family or friends. It opens onto a bright living room, where you can relax on the comfortable sofa bed or share meals around the table. A first bedroom awaits you with a double bed (160 cm) and a TV for your moments of relaxation. A shower room and toilet are also available.
On the mezzanine floor, a second bedroom offers two double beds (160cm and 140cm), perfect for families with children, and a bathroom with toilet.
To take full advantage of the pleasant climate on the Ile d'Oléron, you can relax on the walled terrace, equipped with garden furniture where you can enjoy your meals al fresco and a solid barbecue for tasty grills. Parking is available in the street near the house. City bikes available for hire (€25/bike). Small pets allowed. Bed linen and towels not included, to be reserved with the concierge. Housework optional (75€). Cot and high chair available.
