This charming 56 m² flat in Saint-Jean-de-Monts can accommodate up to 4 people and is less than a kilometre from the beach. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 29 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Sheets and towels included. We're waiting for you!

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- The forest offers a wide range of walks, trails and cycle routes throughout the town.
- Noirmoutier is just 35 minutes away by car
- Le puy du fou is 45 minutes away by car
- The hinterland with its windmills and walks
- A large white sandy beach as far as the eye can see for sand yachting, windsurfing, paddle boarding...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
