The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 50 m² flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the garden level, it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 30 m² garden. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 23 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private, enclosed 30 m² garden, with furniture to enjoy on sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
You will have the opportunity to enjoy a large number of activities within walking distance of the flat: walks or bike rides along the coast, strolls along the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, visit to the Juno Beach museum...
We recommend going to the beautiful market in the centre on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private, numbered parking space in the basement, or in the car park outside the residence.
