Detached house in the commune of Naussanes featuring an entrance hall opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, gas, dishwasher) and a living room with 2 sofas, TV, wifi. After 2 steps, you'll have access to a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, a dressing room and a private shower room. Separate WC. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed. There's also a bathroom with bath, 1 washbasin, walk-in shower and WC.
The covered terrace is equipped with a barbecue and plancha, and overlooks the unheated private pool and pétanque court. The pool is 4x8m, 1.50m deep, entered by steps and secured by a roller shutter, open from July to September 15. The gîte is set in 1500m2 of unenclosed grounds with views over the countryside.
