This gîte is a farmhouse ideal for a stay with family, friends or business partners. It is located in Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire, about 40 kilometers from Orléans, on the "Loire à vélo" route, in a UNESCO World Heritage site. This charming village was recognized as a "Village de Caractère du Loiret" in 2020. This 1,400-year-old Loire town is closely linked to the history of Fleury Abbey.
The surrounding area offers many activities, including a visit to the Château de Sully-sur-Loire, exploration of the Germigny-des-Prés oratory, hikes in the magnificent Orléans forest, and the chance to take a traditional boat trip on the Loire with Les Passeurs de Loire.
Whether you want to discover the region's history and culture or enjoy the surrounding countryside, this gîte is an ideal base for all your Loiret adventures. On the first floor, the living room with lounge, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 cm, 2 double beds 140x190 cm, private shower room with 90x90cm shower and double washbasin, separate toilet.

Private terrace. Shared driveway and garden of approx. 1,000 m² with the second adjoining 6-person gîte (there are two closed connecting doors between the two gîtes).

All-inclusive price: bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, towels included and end-of-stay cleaning included. Electricity for heating and all household appliances is included up to a limit of 16 kWh per day. A statement will be taken on arrival and departure.
