This pleasant detached house is located close to the owner's house and her family, and is accessible from the tarmac courtyard (in front of the gîte), where you can park easily. Enter through the kitchen, equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave and combi-freezer, into a large living room with TV and corner sofa. The hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms with 140x190cm beds. At the end of the corridor, you'll find 2 bathrooms with shower cubicles and separate WCs. A fenced-in terrace at the rear of the gîte, with a view over the valley and the owner's private acres, offers delightful moments of relaxation. Parking available on site. End-of-stay cleaning 55 euros. Beds made up on arrival. Towels not provided. The gîte is an authentic vacation home where you'll enjoy time with family and friends. If you're more of a nature walker, you'll find hiking trails just a few yards from the gîte. The owner, originally from the Dordogne, will be happy to advise and guide you.
You'll have easy access to the many treasures of the Périgord region, starting with Périgueux, the city of Art and History just 20 minutes away, the Périgord Noir and the Vézère Valley, with its abundance of deposits, rock shelters and ornate caves, the magnificent Château de Hautefort, and Brantôme, the Venice of Périgord...
