Del Parque Flats Calle Nueva Quiet is located in the historic center of Malaga, where the city never sleeps, in a 20th century building, built in 1900 and renovated just a few years ago. The high ceilings, the original wooden closures have been maintained, restored, with its shutters and as it is located overlooking the central patio of the building, you can enjoy the city, but equally, rest in your apartment without the hustle and bustle of the city which may bothers you.
Calle Nueva, where the apartment is located, is surrounded by shops, restaurants and museums, in a pedestrian zone of the city and next to two important must-see places, the Carmen Thyssen Museum and the Atarazanas Central Market.Without a doubt, enjoying the city from this accommodation will allow you to enjoy the city and rest, too.

A security deposit of 150.00 euros is required for each stay. This is paid about a week prior to the arrival. Deposit will only be refundable after check-out if the apartment has not been damaged. The transaction can be completed online using a debit or credit card. Our office is infront of the apartment: key collection is at our office. Check-in and online registration will be arranged before the arrival.
