House adjoining another 2-person rental and the owners' home, not overlooked. You'll enter through a bright living room opening onto the terrace, comprising a kitchen and a sitting room with TV and WiFi. An original feature of this room: a window closes off access to an old well.
The bedroom has 1 double bed (140x190). You'll reach the shower room with shower and washbasin and the separate WC by climbing down 2 steps.
Outside, you'll appreciate the small private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. A shared plot of 6200m² is also available.
Swimming pool shared with the 2-person gîte and the owners, unheated, salt water, secured by a tarpaulin, open from May 15 to September 15, 3.5x7m, depth 1.20 to 1.50, entry by steps. Baby equipment on request: 1 cot and 1 high chair. Gîte in the heart of a property, in the countryside, in a small hamlet of 3 houses. The main sites are 10 minutes away: Ribérac with its farmers' market (foie gras, truffles, etc.), the Circuit des Eglises Romanes du Ribéracois, Aubeterre sur Dronne, one of the most beautiful villages in France (12th century monolithic church with sarcophagi), the "Poltrot" leisure park (Accrobranches, horse riding, canoeing, fishing, swimming...). 30 minutes away: Brantôme (Venise Verte du Périgord), Villars caves, Périgueux. One hour: Bergerac, St-Emilion, Cognac, Angoulème. Less than 2 hours: Sarlat, Bordeaux, the ocean (Royan, ile d'Oléron).
