Through a sliding door, you'll reach the sleeping area.
Here you'll find a comfortable first double bedroom, a master bedroom with its own en-suite shower room/WC, and a third bedroom with bunk beds. An additional bathroom with WC is also available in this sleeping area.
On the upper floor, an inviting mezzanine offers a living room/TV area and a study (a billiard table is to be installed shortly...).
Outside, on the opposite side of the road, a landscaped courtyard with terrace offers you a private and convivial space to enjoy the outdoors. The gîte is not accessible to the disabled, as the living areas are on the 1st floor.
