Pleasant recent house in the heart of the Saint-Jacques district in Sarzeau, with an unobstructed view of a green setting, can accommodate up to 8 people. First floor: living room, open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, two master suites with double beds (160x190), dressing area and bathroom with toilet. Each suite has private access to a small private outdoor space. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90*190) and a shared shower room with toilet. Outside, you can enjoy the terrace and landscaped garden.
End-of-stay cleaning included (excluding kitchen).
Tourist tax: 5% of the nightly rate per adult occupant, up to a maximum of €4.30 per person per night.
