750m from Dunes 2 beach and 800m from the village of Brem Sur Mer (shops and weekly market), in an attractive residence with communal pool (unheated & open in summer), pleasant type 2 vacation home (approx. 26m²) comprising a bright living room with fitted kitchen area (ceramic hob, hood, mini-oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer), dining area (table, chairs) and sleeping area (sofa + flat-screen TV).
A corridor leads to the shower room (shower, vanity unit and washing machine), separate WC and the bedroom: 1 double bed (140) + closet.
Upstairs, a mezzanine opens onto the living room: 2 single beds (90) under sloping ceilings.
The house is situated in a corner and benefits from 2 terraces: one on the front of the house and the other on the bedroom side (tables, chairs, parasol, sunbathing area and barbecue).
Private parking.
Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
End-of-stay cleaning optional (+60€), to be booked at the agency.
A cleaning deposit may be required.
