Stone fisherman's cottage certified 3 clés vacances in the port of Saint-Quay-Portrieux (22410) located 40m from Saint-Quay-Portrieux's only south-east-facing, wind-protected beach.
Location: The marina (new harbor) and Comtesse beach are 250 meters away, the sailing school 400 meters away, two free parking lots 200 meters away - all along the GR34. The casino is 1.2km away, as is the Plage du Moulin (fishing on foot: lots of cockles, but also clams and underwater scallops). In July and August, the port beach is home to the Club des Canetons (5-15 years).
In the streets adjacent to the house: cafés, restaurants, bookshop, art galleries, chocolatier, ice-cream parlour, bakery, patisserie, grocery store within 40m.
And yet, rue Sainte-Anne is very quiet. As a result, all guests in this pleasant vacation home sleep very well.
The house :
The house was renovated last year. Its 100m² are divided into a ground floor and two upper floors with 3 bedrooms.
Ground floor: large kitchen (large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, Delonghi coffee-bean percolator, food processors, oven, etc.), farm table for 6 (max. 8), long sofa for 6, video-projector, Mycanal with various movie services connected to two Alexa speakers connected to Internet and Spotify.
Consumables (all organic): tea coffee sugar mustard sauce spices oil vinegar jam mayonnaise tablets dishwasher washing-up liquid washing-up liquid etc. (each person replaces one or two items when leaving, depending on their consumption: a tin of fine tea or a good olive oil or a liter of washing-up liquid or...). Sink water is filtered by a natural triple filter as soon as the mixer is set to "cold water".
1st floor, two bedrooms (new, excellent-quality beds 160x200 and 180x200), bathroom with shower, wc. The first bedroom has two windows with a small view of the harbor and a view of the Venelle des Islandais; the other has two windows overlooking Rue Sainte-Anne.
2nd floor, large dormitory room (main beam rises to 4 meters) with 4 beds (90x200), large screen TV gaming Netflix Amazon prime, games, table soccer, bathroom with shower, wc. One side overlooks the port, the other rue Sainte-Anne.
Outside, 20m² enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue; its front door opens onto the alley (des Islandais) leading to the beach. You can store your paddles, kayaks or surfboards here.
Games
→ Ideal rental for a large family or two small ones (adults in the two bedrooms on the 1st; children in the large bedroom on the second, or one family per floor).
No smoking or only on the terrace.
Pets are not accepted.

→ Wifi, bed linen (beds made up on arrival) and towels, 5 beach straws with adossoir, water, electricity, heating, music, canal - everything is included (which is not an invitation to waste).
It's a classic Breton fisherman's cottage that's nothing extraordinary, but very pleasant and comfortable. It's the perfect place to enjoy the weather, well-being and surrounding beauty.
