100m from the bakery, and 2 kms from the Gautrelle beach, very well exposed house for 4 people, in the center of the village of Le Sel in Sauzelle on two levels comprising: living room with sofa and TV, cupboard, table and chairs. Open kitchen opening onto living room, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker with oven, hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
First floor: landing with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet, bedroom with double bed (140cm), second bedroom with double bed (140cm) and closet.
Enclosed terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
Well-maintained. Pets not allowed. Street parking (public space).
Bed linen and towels for hire: 15€/pers (booking required with Conciergerie Oleron'aise). End-of-stay cleaning included.
