Located in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, Europe's largest ski area, Morzine is a fantastic playground in winter and summer alike.

With its 12 Franco-Swiss resorts and 286 ski runs, the vast Portes du Soleil ski area offers just as many possibilities for experienced skiers as for beginners.
From spring onwards, the resort becomes a paradise for hikers, golfers, trail runners and mountain bikers. There's a wide range of activities on offer, including a swimming pool, adventure park, climbing, rafting, via ferrata, stand-up paddle on Lac de Montriond, canyoning and fishing.

There's nothing to suggest what you'll find in this traditional-looking 4-star chalet, and yet behind the door lies a real jewel, cosy to perfection, bright and refined. The friendly layout, quality fittings and Scandinavian-inspired decor give "Le Hibou Blanc" a warm, Nordic atmosphere that promises cosy winter evenings by the fire. In summer, after a day of hiking in the mountains, you can relax and admire the sunset and the view. Located equidistant from Morzine and Montriond, you can walk to everything from the chalet, as the footbridge to the Super Morzine gondola is only a 15-minute walk away.

Zone 1 : living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with access to the terrace and garden, on a half-level; TV lounge area with wood-burning stove; 1/2 level above, a hallway leading to a sleeping area comprising the master bedroom with double bed (160×200) and walk-in closet, ensuite bath, balcony, a twin bedroom with 2 beds (90×190) and walk-in closet, separate toilet, shower room, 1/2 level above, a children's bedroom/playroom with TV and refuge area suitable only for children with two single beds (90×190).
Zone 2: 1/2 level above the entrance, a double bedroom (160×200) en suite with shower room and toilet, separate toilet.
Zone 3: 1/2 level below the garden-level entrance, a games room with sofa and TV, a double bedroom (160×200) with en suite closets, shower room and wc. 1/2 level below, a laundry room, a ski/room with access to the outside.
