Warm and well-appointed, the apartment is fully equipped and comprises:

- A bedroom with a 160 cm-wide double bed;
- A shower room and separate WC;
- A living room with sofa bed;
- And a large terrace with awning.
- On the mezzanine:
- A large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa-bed;
- A laundry room;
- And another shower room where you can rinse off before returning to the ground-floor apartment from the beach.
Access to the mezzanine is via the terrace, ensuring total independence between the two levels. This makes it an ideal choice for two couples seeking privacy, or teenagers wishing to be independent, or a small family with parents and children isolated from the inhabitants of the raised ground floor.
The large terrace is a real living space, with direct private access to the seafront.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: wifi connection, television, a second screen for those who prefer to connect via their own computer, coffee machine (Nespresso + filter coffee maker), dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, 2 refrigerators (in the kitchen and laundry room), small freezer, hair dryer, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
The apartment also has all the necessary equipment for babies: cot, highchair, bathtub, electrical safety plug covers. Board games are also available in the living room cupboard. This apartment offers all the advantages of a family home, equipped by a real family, for families.
