Located on the 5th floor without elevator, the accommodation comprises:

You'll particularly appreciate the fact that it's not overlooked and that it's south-facing.

Location
Paris's 12th arrondissement is one of its largest, even before you consider the huge Bois de Vincennes attached to it. Apart from the neighboring districts of Bastille, Gare de Lyon and Bercy, the 12th arrondissement is located in the suburbs.
The Coulée Verte, or green corridor, located near Place de la Bastille, at the crossroads of Rue de Lyon and Rue de Charenton, extends to the Périphérique, following an old railroad line that carried goods to the Arsenal port.
