This house is set in a private, secure 4000m² estate. It is ideal for vacations with family or friends. The layout of the bedrooms (2 on the ground floor, 2 upstairs and an independent studio) means you can enjoy privacy while living together. The spacious living room and terrace can accommodate up to 10 people for a meal together. You can also take advantage of the private swimming pool and bowling green.

Location
Sainte-Maxime doesn't just live in summer, in winter the mimosa festival and the oil festival are very important. The richly preserved flora and fauna of the area can be explored on a number of hiking trails, a delight for nature lovers. And after a long walk to the Pointe des Sardinaux, what better way to pamper yourself than at the thalassotherapy center. In summer, do as everyone else does: enjoy an aperitif in a beach restaurant, then dine to the sound of the rolling waves, without worrying about what time it is.
