This 200 square meter house is ideal for a tourist stay.
It has a garden and can accommodate up to 8 people.

This house has been completely refurbished and tastefully furnished!
For your comfort, you'll find :
- four bedrooms with Queen Size 160 x 190 double beds, including a master suite on the first floor and a master suite upstairs.
- three designer bathrooms in waxed concrete
- a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a large central island;
- a large dining room;
- a living room for relaxing after a day out;

- a large shaded terrace
- a wooded garden
- and a swimming pool with pool house (shower, wc and summer kitchen).
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and terrace.
The house is of course equipped with wifi and television.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, bed linen, towels, hygiene products, tea towels and washing-up liquid are provided. A full housekeeping service is provided before and after your stay.
For your vehicles, parking spaces are provided both inside the property and in front of the gate.

Location
In Les Angles, just opposite Avignon, the house is located in a quiet but easily accessible neighborhood. The TGV train station is 10 minutes away, the city center 5 minutes, and there are city buses within easy reach of the house. You can also reach the city center, the Palais des Papes or the famous Pont d'Avignon! The house is the perfect starting point for attending the Avignon Festival, and whatever the season, it's easy to discover the region's many treasures. The Pont du Gard and the Alpilles (Saint-Rémy de Provence, les Baux de Provence, Maussane...) are just 30 minutes away, and the hilltop villages of the Luberon (Gordes, Ménerbes, Roussillon...) 45-50 minutes. Unless you prefer to laze by the pool!
