AT084 Roquer: Semi-detached house in the rocky area of Els Munts, a very quiet neighborhood with fantastic sea views. The 4 houses share the swimming pool surrounded by grass and from which you can see the sea. The house has access to the pool from the private garden, where you can enjoy family barbecues. On the first floor are the living room, a well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) and a bathroom with shower. Up the stairs we find the 4 bedrooms (one with a double bed and three with 2 single beds each) and another bathroom with shower. In two of the bedrooms, which open onto the terrace overlooking the pool and sea, there are air-conditioning splits, as in the living room. In 2 other bedrooms there are free-standing fans. An 8-minute walk along a coastal path, enjoying beautiful views, takes you to La Paella beach (550 m) in Torredembarra. The house has no private parking space, but the street is a cul-de-sac and normally only the 4 neighbors park. Reservations are not accepted for groups of young people aged between 16 and 26.
