Situated in a quiet location close to the town center and Arcachon's main beach, this pleasant 80 m² T3 house has a small courtyard where you can enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends.
For easy parking, you can park in the garden.
The living room has a sitting area, no television, but WIFI is available.
An open-plan kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The dining area has a counter and stools.
The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed (140cm). For added comfort, there's a second shower room and separate toilet.
There's another house at the back of the property, which can be occupied during your stay, but you're totally independent.
Ideally located, all shops, restaurants and beaches are just a few minutes' walk away, for shopping enthusiasts or for organizing picnics and afternoon swims on our sunny days.
