On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a lounge/diner, a spacious triple bedroom (3 beds that can be offered as a double or separate bed), a bathroom (shower, bath, double basin), 2 separate WCs, a laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find 2 double bedrooms (beds can be separated), a master suite (bed 160x200) with private shower room, a bedroom/study (single bed). Outside, you'll enjoy parking, a private terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs) and a trampoline. From mid-May, you'll have free access to a gym dedicated to the gites, as well as a wellness area with sauna/hammam/jacuzzi/tea corner/sanitary facilities (surcharge of ?80 for a 2-hour session). SHARED SWIMMING POOL available in July and August. The pool will be open from June and measures 3.70*10.50 meters. Communal dining room nearby. On the Route des Eglises class?es, halfway between Lac d'Orient and Lac du Der, come and stay in this pretty house with private enclosed garden adjoining 2 gites for 2 and 3 people. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, beds are made up on arrival, and end-of-day cleaning and firewood are included in the price. Heating and electricity are included within the limit of normal consumption (meter reading arriving/departing from October to April). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: aerodrome (5 km from Brienne), various activities around the lake (water sports, accrobranche, casino, etc.).
