The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Ajaccio, this charming air-conditioned flat with sea and mountain views, about 400 m from the Chapelle des Grecs beach, with a surface area of 52 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 4ᵉ floor (with lift), it consists of a pretty 29 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a nice terrace. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 29 m² air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and cooler
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 10 m² terrace, facing south-west, with sea views and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Ajaccio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from being close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the residence's private car park (unnumbered spaces).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Bus: stop at the bottom of the building
- Nearest train station: Ajaccio 6 km away (about 15 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte 9 km (about 20 min by car)
- A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

- For stays of 7 nights or more, you can borrow a car (Opel Corsa 5 persons), for an extra charge of €400 per week, payable on site to the concierge.
