Location
The commune is bounded to the east and south by Paris (from east to south: Porte de Villiers, Porte des Ternes, Porte Maillot, Bois de Boulogne), to the west by the Seine (La Défense district, in the communes of Courbevoie and Puteaux) and to the north by the commune of Levallois-Perret.
