Stay in the heart of Marseille's 9th arrondissement, in this beautiful 1-bedroom apartment with balcony and air conditioning. Easy parking. It's the ideal base for discovering Marseille and enjoying beautiful walks in the Calanques.
Space
Our 50 m2 apartment is located Chemin de Morgiou, on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a well-maintained building. The apartment is ideally located just a stone's throw from the Parc National des Calanques, making it the perfect place to work or relax on your balcony during your stay in Marseille. Marseille city center is 15 minutes away by car, and the Stade Vélodrome is 20 minutes away by bus.
The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with sofa and dining table. A quiet balcony is available to enjoy summer days. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a large dressing room.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and vanity unit. Separate WC.
Parking available inside the residence.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
