very beautiful residence spacious apartment, pleasant balcony with very nice sea view. big parking problem, despite a closed garage but without keys, it is very difficult to park (very risky manoeuvre due to traffic). very far from the city centre (4.8 km) impossible to walk because there is no sidewalk and heavy traffic on narrow street.
