First floor: large living room with dining and sitting area, fitted kitchen with cooking hob, bedroom for 2 with en-suite shower room, separate toilet. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms for 2 people, 1 bedroom for 3 people, 2 bathrooms (bathtub) with 2 doors opening onto 1 of the bedrooms and the hallway, 2 wc (1 separate). 2nd floor: 1 family room for 4 people, especially appreciated by children, 1 shower room, 1 separate wc.
Oil-fired central heating. Enclosed green space with lawn, garden furniture on gravel terrace, barbecue.
Shared above-ground swimming pool (7 x 3 m, 1.20 m high), unheated, available from May to October, weather permitting. Communal fishing pond 200 m away (fee payable). Bourbon l'Archambault, 12km, Souvigny 12 km. Vieure lake 10 km. 21-night curist rate: -10% on the price of your stay. Heating and electricity to be paid on site at end of stay.
