For those who love relaxation and privacy, sheltered from the great liveliness of the Adriatic coast, without giving up proximity to the places and attractions that make Salento an unmissable tourist destination of great attraction; the sea is just 10-15 minutes away by car and, in the immediate vicinity, walks among centuries-old olive trees are possible.
The residence - particularly suitable for couples, groups of friends, families, photoshooting, film commissions but also for smart working, thanks to the excellent internet connection - has 4 suites, all with bathroom and independent entrance from inside the private courtyard. One of these has 3 beds (Donna Laura suite), 2 others (Donna Giovanna suite and Don Alfredo suite), with the 3rd bed in another separate room on the upper floor; the last with only a double bed (Don Gaetano suite). The rooms are arranged around the central nucleus, consisting of the fireplace room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen features a Nespresso coffee machine.
Finally, the citrus grove and the "salt" swimming pool contribute to enhancing the rural vocation and the Mediterranean feel of the residence, where common and private spaces alternate, guaranteeing guests privacy and tranquility, but also opportunities for meeting and conviviality.
A holiday in a magical place, in an ancient charming residence expertly restored and furnished, highlighting the architectural elements of the time, such as the star vaults and the walls made with warm Lecce stone, the predominant material of the entire structure .
Guests have exclusive use of the salt swimming pool (10m x 2.5m x 1.40m), equipped with hydromassage and a large relaxation area, as well as the citrus grove of approximately 400 m2.
The possibility of having breakfast or lunch under the large patio by the pool is pleasant.
Medium size pets are allowed on request.
It is a real "secret garden", inside a small and unimaginable ancient village located in the historic center of Giuggianello, the smallest municipality in the province of Lecce, located between Otranto, Maglie and the splendid Castro Marina . A damage deposit of 1000EUR has to be paid locally. A damage deposit of 2000EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
