The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming, very bright T2 flat for rent by the week exclusively in a small condominium, ideal and very comfortable for two travellers. Two extra people can be accommodated in reduced comfort (two convertible sofas in the living room).
Located 5 minutes by car from the centre of PORTICCIO, the beaches, shops, restaurants, boutiques, bars, markets, the sea shuttle to Ajaccio and the departure points for boat trips to the most beautiful sites (Scandola nature reserve, Girolata fishing village, Calanques de Piana, Bonifacio cliffs, cala di Cupabia, sunset over the Sanguinaires islands, etc.).
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² air-conditioned living room with flat-screen TV and 2 convertible sofas opening onto a 20 m² covered terrace with sea and scrubland views.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Senseo coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), flat-screen TV with Netflix.
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, small freezer, clotheshorse, ironing board and iron, and for the beach: parasol and cool box.
