Location
All in all, the district is lively, popular and friendly. It's particularly characterized by its large number of theaters and cafés. There's something for everyone, from punk rock to ethnic music, especially in the Bagnolet area south of the cemetery and in Ménilmontant, around the Butte and the avenue of the same name.
The arrondissement's main tourist attraction is the Père-Lachaise Cemetery.
