This is only 450m from the sandy beach and Duquesa port with shops, restaurants and cafes.

Manilva City Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced on 1st of October 2023 due the eminent shortage of water caused by drought.This unfortunately means that the pools must be kept closed until a new notice is given.

From one of two balconies you have a panoramic view of the Duquesa Golf Course and the community's fine swimming pool.
On the large balcony there is outdoor furniture with room for four people to enjoy a lovely dinner while looking out over the golf course and the pool.
On the same floor is the kitchen, dining room and living room with direct access to the balcony.

On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms with two bathrooms en suite.
From one bedroom there is a French balcony with a view of the golf course and pool area and from the other bedroom there is a small cozy balcony with cafe furniture.

Just a short walk and you arrive at Puerto De La Duquesa, a beautiful small boat harbor that offers boat and fishing trips. Around the harbor there are a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars for all tastes.
From the port, you can walk along the nice promenade into the small town of San Luis De Sabinillas.

The apartment has free WIFI, central Airconditioning, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside the community is the main road for smooth and easy transport to and from nearby areas such as Sotogrande, Estepona or Marbella
