The extraordinary Villa Valens Residence, made from indigenous materials, perfectly reflects the Croatian heritage. As you approach the villa via the circular driveway, you immediately notice the villa's outstanding design - the combination of a traditional stone façade and large glass fronts. Inside the vacation home, a bright, open area welcomes you. At every corner, you will recognize a touch of contemporary reality and modern furnishings. In the living room, you can browse through the small library, immerse yourself in the works of Croatian authors or simply enjoy the view of the villa's garden with its large pool. On colder days, a fireplace creates a cozy and romantic atmosphere. Thanks to the glass fronts, the dining room as well as the spacious kitchen, from where you have direct access to the terrace, once again offer a beautiful view of the outdoor area. One of the four comfortable bedrooms is located on the first floor, the others on the upper floor. All have their own bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs you will also find a large balcony with views of the surrounding nature. Two hidden gems await you in the basement of the villa - a fitness room with Finnish sauna for pure relaxation and an entertainment area with pool table and bar. But that's not all - in addition to the refreshing pool, there is a mini golf course and a children's playground in the grounds of the villa. You can also enjoy delicious Istrian delicacies from the barbecue in the outdoor dining area. After a short drive you will reach Pazin, the 'heart of Istria' as it is affectionately known. There you can admire the picturesque view of the medieval castle perched on a cliff. You can also take advantage of the many hiking and cycling trails in the area or, for the more adventurous, fly over the Pazin Gorge on a zipline. If you are looking for relaxation, head to one of the beautiful beaches in Vrsar. Lim Bay is also worth a visit.
