This one of two vacation apartments is located in a vacation home on a 650 square meter large, separate recreational property within a small vacation home settlement on the edge of the village and forest. It is approx. 1.2 km (as the crow flies) to the Baltic Sea and approx. 1.6 km to the beach (shortest route). The apartment has a living / dining room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function (possibility of an extra bed for two people), dining table, LCD TV, stereo, fireplace), an open kitchenette (complete with dishwasher, electric stove, fridge-freezer combination). microwave), 2 bedrooms on the upper floor (1 x double bed and LCD TV/DVD, 1 x 2 beds, additional crib, a bathroom with shower/WC on the upper floor, a guest WC on the first floor and central heating. The apartment has a furnished terrace, lockable bicycle storage room, children's high chair, barbecue and 2 parking spaces. Internet (WLAN) is only available to a limited extent via WLAN Giga-Cube, depending on the weather. There is also a small sauna house on the property for a fee. The total price includes: Water, energy consumption, final cleaning. Bed linen/towels can be brought or rented. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. The Ostseebad Karlshagen charges a visitor's tax, which is collected by the property management. Pets: One small dog up to a size of 40 cm is allowed in this property. Karlshagen in the northern part of the island of Usedom developed into a Baltic seaside resort only a few years ago. It has a very beautiful, wide sandy beach on the Baltic Sea and a harbor with boat traffic on the Peenestrom. There are also various restaurants and stores in the town. As everywhere on the island, there are also good cycle paths here. Riding, tennis and bowling facilities approx. 2.5 km away.
