The comfortably furnished vacation home stands separately on the owner's 2500 square meter residential property on the edge of the forest, approx. 1 km from the bathing lake. (NO letting to WORKERS/MONTEURS!). Equipped with living room (sitting area, fireplace, flat screen TV, radio, telephone, WLAN), bedroom via stairs (double bed, bed), kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, guest WC on the upper floor, central heating. There is a furnished terrace with barbecue and 3 bicycles. Game viewing from the terrace is possible if you are lucky. The total price includes bed linen, final cleaning. Energy and water according to consumption. Towels must be brought along. Pets are allowed in this property.
Carpin is a village between the residential town of Neustrelitz and the town of Woldegk in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, directly on the B198. There are many lakes around the village with beautiful bathing spots and good fishing opportunities. Carpin is the gateway to the Müritz National Park. Guided tours and hikes are possible there. There is also a restaurant in the village (open seasonally), Neustrelitz is around 12 kilometers away and the spa town of Feldberg is around 14 kilometers away. There are numerous boat and bike rentals there. In Neustrelitz you can experience culture and architecture with the historic castle park, the Louisentempel, the castle church or the newly designed market square. There are numerous shopping opportunities and restaurants in both towns.
