Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this charming 28 m² apartment with swimming pool for rent in Plurien, less than a kilometer from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a covered terrace. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room with WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A shared swimming pool, covered and heated by a solar dome (temperature may vary according to the weather), 6 x 3 m, open from May 15 to September 30. Opening dates are non-contractual. - A covered terrace (5x4m) with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Plurien, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
