Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it comprises :

- and a lounge for relaxing after a day's walking.
You'll particularly appreciate the fact that it's not overlooked, and its view of the pine forest.

Your "Pins Océan" apartment is located in the "Bleu Océan" residence, a 5-minute walk from two lively squares, Bastide and Balise, with all the amenities, food stores, bars and restaurants and surf store of Moliets plage. Moliets' "central" beach is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, with a path leading directly from the residence. What luxury! The residence is quiet, and your home has the benefit of a covered terrace overlooking the Landes forest! another luxury! You're also 10 minutes by bike from another beautiful, secluded beach, the "chênes lièges", and the cycle path to get there runs alongside the Moliets International Golf Course, which is itself right next to your residence: everything can be done without a car, peacefully and serenely. The famous Vélodysée, the long-distance cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, is just 5 minutes away, and offers you the chance to enjoy a leisurely ride through the pine forests. The central beach of Moliets, mentioned above, offers a livelier atmosphere, with bars and restaurants open in season.
