Located on the 6th floor with elevator, it includes:

- a balcony with a view over the rooftops of Paris.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Microwave, Oven, Raclette machine, B Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
Please note that there are two further single beds on the ground floor.
The apartment is close to many direct bus routes to all tourist attractions.
There are also several plays and excellent restaurants for lunch or dinner in the area.

Location
The 9th arrondissement of Paris is a pleasant place to live and visit. A shopping and leisure district, it's a little less busy than Les Halles, but has a more mature and diverse population. With high-standard stores at affordable prices, restaurants and theaters everywhere, its neighborhoods are nevertheless distinct from one another.
The south of the arrondissement, noisy and lively, and the territory of the Grands Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. Magnificent architecture, courtyards and hidden streets. The north, meanwhile, takes you to Montmartre via the famous Pigalle.
