In the heart of the residential area of the Port Camargue marina, this apartment offers the comfort of a renovated, air-conditioned studio with a small cabin and a terrace. Just 400 m from the North Beach facing the Bay of La Grande Motte, the residence is at the foot of the Quai d'Honneur restaurants, and 400 m from shops and the local market in season. Grau du Roi town center is a 15-minute walk away.

Space
The apartment: a very comfortable, recently renovated, air-conditioned studio with a small cabin (fully-equipped kitchen, shower room, etc.) with access to the gardens and quayside promenade alongside the boats of the Port Camargue marina, for 2 people and/or 2 young children (bunk beds).
Located on the 1st floor of 3, without elevator, in a secure residence, it sleeps 2, for a wonderful vacation by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park for free in front of the residence (street) for the duration of your stay and explore the area on foot. *Pets NOT allowed *

Main room side :

The living room opens onto a terrace where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialties: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Bourride de lotte, La Rouille Graulène different from the rouille sétoise...and on the meat side: Les côtes de Taureau and La Gardiane! Take the time to discover the various vineyards, whose specialty is organic vin des sables.

Kitchen: open to the living room, fully equipped (2 vitroceramic hobs, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, *cafetière Filtre*, toaster and kettle) with a coffee table and a table for 4 on the terrace, to accommodate your meals and guests.

Sleeping area:

140 cm sofa bed, 65x65 square pillows, comforter. *Bed linen and towels will be provided on reservation at 20 euros for 2 people.
Small Alcove: Bunk bed for 2 children, square pillows 65x65, comforter. *Bed linen and towels will be brought to you upon reservation at 20 euros for 2 people.

Shower room, washbasin with drawer unit. Toilet.

Location: Ideally located opposite the Quai d'honneur and Laperouse, 400m from the North beach facing the Bay of La Grande Motte, at the foot of the residence: ice-cream parlors and restaurants, 400m from the shops of the Camargue 2000 shopping mall, from the merry-go-round facing the North beach and the children's playground, and from the lively Port Camargue Harbour Master's area. This apartment is located on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in mid-afternoon, and learn about the fishing trades: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up sales stalls along Quai Colbert...
and Europe's No. 1 marina, where sports delegations will be training and preparing for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Port-Camargue located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic location for yachts, sailboats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the North beach promenade and follow the flight of the pink flamingos over the waters of the Camargue.
A real favorite for those who love peace and quiet on the green side and the city center on the entrance side.

Access: At your convenience, we can welcome you on site by appointment on arrival and departure! You'll be able to use all the accommodation to make the most of your stay in Occitanie.
Transport: Le Grau du Roi train station is 5 km away. The town is served by a bus service close to the Residence. The nearest TGV station is Montpellier Sud de France. The nearest airport is Montpellier Méditerranée.
