In the commune of Clohars-Carnoët, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this charming 140 m² house with swimming pool, less than a kilometre from the beach and can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has a lovely 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a dining room, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 2,000 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The house is ideally located in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (two vehicles) and (four vehicles) in the garden. A charging point for an electric vehicle near the garage is available at no extra charge.
