It's all newly furnished and comes with a living room, kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, bathroom with large shower cubicle and a cozy balcony. Plus, must have amenities like washing machine, A/C, TV and private parking place in the internal courtyard. Pets are not allowed.

-Tourist Tax: the exact amount per person per night will be communicated upon arrival. In 2023 it was 0,50eur per person/night, so please expect a similar amount for this year too (2024). The city tax has to be paid in cash at the check-in on your arrival day.
-Security deposit: 100eur, to be paid upon arrival at the agency only in cash. The security deposit will be returned to the guests upon check-out, after the apartment inspection.
