As you enter the estate, you'll be greeted by a vast green space enhanced by a sunny terrace and a large sparkling swimming pool, perfect for moments of outdoor relaxation. At the rear of the house, a vast courtyard can easily accommodate several vehicles, ensuring your comfort and convenience.
As soon as you enter the house, you'll discover a carefully thought-out layout. On the left, a separate toilet welcomes you, while on the right, a first luxurious suite awaits you, equipped with a separate toilet, a large shower room, and a spacious bedroom offering panoramic views of the Rhune and the pool.
Continuing your exploration, you enter the main living area, where a generous lounge area invites you to relax. A superb dining table takes pride of place in the center of the room, while a fully-equipped kitchen, open to the living room, will enable you to prepare delicious meals in complete conviviality. Less than five kilometers from the Atlantic coast, the charming village of Arbonne combines Basque terroir and tradition. In the Middle Ages, the village was the summer residence of the bishops of Bayonne.
As you stroll through the village, don't miss the former benoîterie, now a painting and crafts exhibition space, the Saint-Laurent church with its wooden galleries similar to those of the Saint-Etienne church in Espelette, and the steles of the ancient cemetery. You can also admire the houses decorated in traditional Basque style.
