In a brand-new housing estate in Saint Jean de Monts, a brand-new, comfortable house just 2.4 km from the large sandy beach, close to the forest and 3 km from the town center. Bike paths are just a stone's throw from the house, so you can do everything by bike - no need for a car!
This colorfully decorated 85 m² house offers comfort and modernity, and thanks to wifi you'll be able to telecommute and visit our magnificent Côte de Lumière and the islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier.
