In the basement, you'll find a spacious living-dining area with one comfortable sofa bed, a cozy terrace with direct access to the private pool and a barbecue area perfect for those summer nights, a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite dishes, a utility/laundry room, and a full bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor, two cozy bedrooms await you, each with two single beds, a large terrace to enjoy the fresh air, and another bathroom with shower. From this floor and down an external staircase, you can also access the garden/pool without needing to pass through the house.
And on the first floor, discover a truly generous master bedroom, with two spacious double beds and a large terrace, plus a bathroom with bathtub.
And let's not forget the jewel in the crown: the beautiful Crystal Beach, just a 3-minute walk away! Enjoy its crystal-clear waters and golden sand without the crowds of other beaches.
