This is a delightful ground floor apartment looking onto the pool and golf course in the ever popular Mar Menor Golf Resort situated within 10 minutes drive of the Mar Menor Sea with its lovely sandy beaches. This property is 5 minute walk to the golf clubhouse and driving range and situated directly in front of the communal swimming pool.
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLD premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).
