Between ocean and forest, we welcome you for a comfortable stay with family or friends on the Landes coast. Our location is ideal for discovering the beautiful, unspoilt beaches and the courants d'Huchet nature reserve, just 8km away. The pretty village of Léon, 3km away, has all the summer activities and entertainment you could wish for, as well as a secure cycle path for access to the lake and water sports. Our contemporary house guarantees all modern comforts, plus a private swimming pool (6m x 3m with 1.40m flat bottom, open from June 1 to September 30 depending on the weather and secured by a bar cover) in the heart of a 2500m² fully enclosed garden with a direct, unobstructed view of the forest. A vast covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha, as well as a swing, boules pitch and table soccer, await you for convivial moments of relaxation. Our gîte is all on one level. It comprises : - a large living room with lounge area (TV, WIFI), dining area and open-plan kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave) - a master suite with 1 x 160x200 bed and en-suite shower room (Italian shower with open-plan toilet)
- a second bedroom with 1 bed 160x200
- a third small bedroom with 2 bunk beds - a shower room with Italian shower - a separate toilet - a storeroom with washing machine and freezer. For your convenience, bed linen, towels, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning, water and electricity are included in the price. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) can be provided on request.
