This vacation home has a beautiful terrace, a pergola, not overlooked, which will allow you to enjoy the outdoors, and share your meals in complete conviviality!
The house features an attractive living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sitting room with TV and sofa bed, and a utility room.
On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a toilet, a third bedroom with 2 double beds, a shower room with toilet, and a fourth bedroom with toilet.
Upstairs you'll find a mezzanine with a double bed, a shower room and toilet.
Outside, a private room is available for storing bicycles, beach equipment, etc.
Direct access to the beach via the squirrel path through the forest!
Small pets allowed (extra charge).
Parking provided on the house's private site.
