This villa, located in Peralada, is ideal for 10 vacationers. It offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 April to 31 October, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including 2 single beds, 2 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a bath tub, a shower and toilet, and 1 including a double bed Several bathrooms are available, one with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet and one with a shower. Upstairs is a large games room, in which you will find a convertible sofa, a billiards table, a chess board, games for children, a library. Outside you will find next to the heated swimming pool, an 8-seater jacuzzi. Possibility of parking up to 6 cars. Ideal rental for golfers. In the garden, you will have at your disposal a fully equipped summer kitchen, outdoor games (darts, badminton court, pétanque court and table tennis) as well as 3 hammocks.
