Podere Marcigliana is located in Radicondoli, a delightful medieval village nestled in the Sienese hills. The Podere is surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape and here you will find two splendid flats that have been completely renovated and can be rented separately.
Easily reachable, about an hour away, you can visit Siena and its famous Piazza del Campo, half an hour away you will find Colle Val d'Elsa and its historical centre waiting to be discovered. You can also easily visit San Gimignano.
The exterior of the farmhouse is characterised by a large garden where you will find the beautiful shared 72-square metre swimming pool overlooking the surrounding hills.
Each accommodation has a private outdoor area furnished with tables and chairs and a barbecue for guests.
On-site parking is available. Shared laundry room.
The housing unit is the union of two very large flats close to the outdoor area with the swimming pool. It is all on the ground floor
The living area is organised to accommodate the whole group that wants to spend a holiday together in this place of peace and nature. The outdoor area in front of the accommodation is equipped with outdoor furniture and a private barbecue.
One unit in front of the gate accesses the swimming pool. The other unit is located to the side of the pool area.
In both flats inside is the kitchen-living room, a bright space furnished with comfortable sofas and the kitchen is well equipped, with an exit to the garden.
In each flat the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a bathroom with shower.
