Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 145 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Tercis-les-Bains, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 70 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 400 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises

- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Tercis-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
