The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 80 m² house in Maisons-Alfort (Charentonneau) for rent, which can comfortably accommodate 5 travellers.
This house was part of a complex created by carpenters and cabinet-makers in the Faubourg Saint Antoine in Paris in 1907. This complex included all the houses in the two passages between rue Raspail and rue Chevreul and was called "LE REFUGE". It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 100 m². Fibre-optic Wi-Fi included.
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:

The house is ideally located in Maisons-Alfort, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
