Come and discover this superb 180 m2 4**** listed villa on two levels with swimming pool in a quiet, residential area of SEIGNOSSE bourg. On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a beautiful living room opening onto a pleasant sheltered wooden terrace and the swimming pool (9m by 4.5m), allowing you to take full advantage of all the summer pleasures (pool security by electric roller curtain). It also includes a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a large laundry room, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) plus a crib for children (80cm), a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms with double beds (140cm), a shower room and separate wc.
